One: A student ((new member)) is to request for a trainer first, They may request a particular trainer, but that trainer has the right to say no, since they may currently have a student, or their time is overwhelmed with their current RP threads.


Two: Mandatory threads must be RP'd where the trainer instructs the student in their own special way. That way the student is working to get their points and working to stay on as the person's student.


Three: The student retains a 10% boost to all "strengths" ONLY when he is in a thread with their trainer AND their trainer is helping them in the fight. If the trainer is only "present" in a thread and nothing more, the boost does not apply to the student.
This same procedure also coincides with the 5%boost to the trainer.


Four: Trainer and student are to have similar classes. They do not need to be exact, but a Gunner can't very well train a Mystic Knight. So keep that in mind before teaming up.


Five: The student receives said boost up until they reach 250 points. They can, however, continue to RP training with their instructor to continue gaining points.
