Seeing her friend obviously frustrated over something, Jayda finally decided to take Tiraleen aside and find out what the problem was. She looked over to Zenon and gave him a playful warning look. "Now... ya won' cause no trouble while I go talkin' tah Tira fer a bit, now will ya?"

Zenon's head turned so fast with a look like Jayda had lost her damn mind. "Woman, are you NUTS? I'm BORED! Damn right I'm gonna start trouble!!"

Jayda sighed a little with a chuckle and a grin and ventured over to Tiraleen as the young woman was placing something into her bag. She was sure Kaleb could deal with Zenon just fine with his strong little robot and wild crazy scarf. No doubt it would prove an amusing male bonding time.

Now standing beside Tiraleen, Jayda gave a smile. "I believe thar was sumthin' ya needed tah talk about?"

Tira nodded. "It's Sax. I'm so confused . . . about him, about me . . . I'm not even sure what I'm feeling half the time." She looked at Jayda with an expression of pure pleading. "I . . . we're more than friends, but I don't know how much more, a-and he kissed me."

She flushed a bright red. "I liked it when he did. I really liked it."

She looked away as her face turned a brighter shade of red. "What do I do? I turn all silly and stupid when I'm around him, but not being around him hurts. I can't stop thinking about him . . ."

She forced herself to stop talking. She was rambling and that wasn't helpful. She looked up at Jayda. She was rather worried about what the guys were going to do while they were otherwise occupied, but she really needed advice.

"Kissed ya, huh!" Jayda piped up with a smile. "But that's a good thing, darlin'." It was nice to hear Tiraleen seem happy about something after Jayda tried to help her calm down over her frustrations over Sephiroth.

"Now, as fer those feelin's....well..." Jayda gave a chuckle as she slipped her hands into her front pockets of her pants and turned to look at Zenon for a moment. She raised an eyebrow when she watched him pull out his gun with a smile, as if he was "trying" to be friendly.... "Here! Let me show you all how this thing WORKS!"

She couldn't help but giggle as she turned back to Tiraleen. "Ya think I din' feel the same thing when I met up with Zenon? Aw heck, even bein' with him so much now, ah still can't help but think bout him all the time too."

Tira chuckled softly as she thought about Jayda feeling as confused as she was. It wasn't a giggle. She told herself that she did NOT giggle. She wasn't quite that stupid . . . not yet at least.

"So it's normal to be this . . . this stupid? I swear, it's like I turn into this simpering idiot when I'm around him . . . and I like being that silly. Why do I like what happens to me when I'm around him?"

Normally she could be strong enough to do what she had to do. She could be as hard as she needed to be. But around Sax . . . she turned into a simpering imbecile who couldn't do anything. She turned soft around him. Even though he frightened her sometimes.

Jayda's eyes widened. "Stupid? Awwwww hun, that ain't feelin' stupid!" She rubbed the back of her neck a bit nervous like trying to think of a way to put it all into words. "It's just feelin' nervous, is all. The whole no' knowin' and it all feelin' new an' such."

She heard a loud gunshot go off and leaped a bit, then Kaleb shouting like mad over Zenon's hysterical laughter.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!? ARE YOU CRAZY!?"

"DANCE BOY!!! LET'S SEE YOUR MOVES!!" KABLAM!!!

Jayda wisely chose to ignore the scene and stepped a little closer to Tiraleen so she wouldn't have to speak louder. "Look doll, like I sed, it aint stupid at all, It's a good thing. An' ya like it, cause ya like "him". It matters to ya what he thinks an what he feels."

KABLAM!!! "BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! NEVER KNEW someone could do a split like THAT!!"

Jayda smiled more at Tiraleen. "Honestly, I felt all tha' too when I started fallin' head over heels for Zenon." Many would wonder what in the world a girl like her would see in a half fiend guy like him.
